Paper art intervention for CC Carlemany
At CC Carlemany we created a large paper art intervention where our quilling murals coexisted with a sculptural garden of maxi flowers and hundreds of suspended butterflies that turned the space into an immersive experience.
For several days we worked live, creating two large pieces inspired by Andorra’s flora and fauna: a capercaillie and a grandalla (narcissus), natural symbols of the region reinterpreted through paper and colour.
The installation turned the shopping centre into an ephemeral route where art, nature and craftsmanship dialogued with the architecture and the movement of visitors. For a month, residents and visitors to the Andorran capital could stroll among giant flowers, quilling compositions and paper sculptures that turned shopping into a dreamlike experience.
We also designed a floral photocall to invite the public to interact with the exhibition and become part of the installation.
