Until 31 August in Cambridge you can enjoy “Grand Depths”, the exhibition in collaboration with the Museum of Zoology in which we created a whole paper marine universe inside Grand Arcade.
More than 800 hours went into preparing a 12-metre-high descending spiral shoal of 500 fish, seahorses in an ephemeral aquarium, dolphins, jellyfish, turtles and bubbles, all made in sustainable paper from recycled sources or sustainable forests. The details on the large cardboard pieces also use sustainable PVC-free vinyl, free of phthalates and chlorine.
It was a real pleasure to work on this piece with the great Julie Kervadec leading from Grand Arcade and Lucila García on production with Big Bang Events.
