Our cloud installation for Avolta at T4
Planes flying through the clouds: that is what Avolta wanted to reflect in its club lounge at Madrid’s T4, so they asked us to fill it with fluffy cumulus clouds floating above the guests’ heads. We loved the idea 🙂
Avolta wanted the experience to convey the feeling of flying among clouds, with planes crossing a light, enveloping sky in its T4 Club space.
Based on that idea, we designed an art intervention with large paper cumulus clouds suspended over the space, creating an ethereal atmosphere that floats above the guests and completely transforms the perception of the room into an immersive experience.
Alongside paper, we added other materials such as microfibre to reinforce the sense of lightness and movement in the air.
A project in which clouds become landscape and the space becomes a constant invitation to look up.
We keep exploring different ways of working with materials in our installations, always giving them a leading role in shaping the space.
