A die-cut paper panel for Marqués de Murrieta at ProWein Düsseldorf
We created a large-format art panel in pearlescent Fedrigoni paper, designed with laser cutting and built in several overlapping layers. The main motif is inspired by Tempranillo leaves, creating a composition that evokes a vineyard reinterpreted through paper.
The project was developed for ProWein 2023 in Düsseldorf for Marqués de Murrieta, where the installation formed part of the brand’s exhibition space.
The panel combined different layers of die-cut paper, which allowed us to create depth, volume and movement in the piece. Strategic lighting was built in, enhancing the play of light and shadow and making the installation change depending on the visitor’s point of view.
The result was a paper installation for international events and trade fairs that combined paper art, set design and spatial intervention, turning the stand into an immersive visual experience.
We love working on this kind of project, and creating a die-cut paper panel allowed us to build atmospheres, visual stories and sensations within exhibition spaces. It especially reminds us of a magical project called “The great paper wave”.
